By using Zipper — the website, the web client, the app, or a node — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zipper.
Zipper is a tool for private, ephemeral communication — chat, file transfer, and calls in rooms that assemble in a node's memory and evaporate when a conversation ends. It is provided as-is.
You are responsible for what you do with Zipper. Do not use it for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass, or defraud others. Zipper rooms are not monitored — there is no moderation and no way for anyone to review a room's contents — so this responsibility is entirely yours.
Zipper is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is privacy software, not a guarantee. It has not been independently audited, and it does not hide the fact that a connection took place or protect a device that is already compromised. The website states its honest limits; read them and judge your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, AI-Ministries is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Zipper.
Anyone may run their own Zipper node. If you run a node, you are responsible for operating it lawfully and for the people you allow to use it. These terms cover Zipper as provided by AI-Ministries.
These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the latest version.
